Frequently asked questions about Policies and Terms

  • Reservations for limousine rentals are recommended.  We cannot guarantee last minute requests.  Reservations are secured with a credit card.  All rates are subject to change.

  • Cancellations A 14 day cancllation of reservation is required to avoid full charge to your credit card (unless otherwise specified in your contract).

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Gratuity 20% gratuity of contract cost is suggested.  If a cash tip is not paid to driver, we will process a 20% gratuity on your credit card.

  • Extra Stops on point to point trips may entail additional charges.  This does not apply to hourly reservations.

  • Parking fees for venue events where Parking is required such as Gillette Stadium is the responsibility of the passenger. 

  • Lost Items We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, however, we make every attempt to recover and return personal items.

  • Smoking For the comfort of all our passengers, a non-smoking policy is enforced in all vehicles at all times.

  • Alcohol Any Occasion Limousine Service will not allow underage drinking or tolerate beligerant behavior.   Offense to this policy results in termination of service with no refund.

  • Gift Certificates are available for all limousine or sedan trips and can be purchased in any amount for any type of service.  They make a great gift for a special occasion.

  • Servicing all of Cape Cod including Barnstable, Bourne, Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Falmouth, Harwich, Hyannis, Marion, Mashpee, Orleans, Plymouth, Provincetown, Sandwich, Truro, Wareham, Wellfleet and Yarmouth.

Logan Airport Designated Limousine Pickup Areas

  • Terminal A:  Exit the terminal from the Lower Baggage Claim Level.  Walk directly across the street to the designated limousine parking lot.

  • Terminal B:  Exit the terminal from the Lower Baggage Claim Level.  Walk directly into the parking garage and look for the designated limousine parking area.

  • Terminals C:  Exit the terminal from the Upper Departures Level.  Walk directly across to the furthest Curbside Parking Area designated for Limousines.

  • Terminal E:  Exit the terminal on the Lower Baggage Claim Level.  Walk across the street to the designated limousine parking lot.

  • Due to MASSPORT Policies, Drivers must remain with their vehicles at all times.  The driver will be holding a sign with the Customer Name. 

  • Due to MASSPORT Parking Restrictions, a 10-15 minute parking limit is imposed and strictly enforced.  Your driver will not leave for the designated parking location until the party is at baggage claim.  Therefore, please contact your driver when you are retrieving your luggage.
